World Customs Organization 's(WCO) Intellectual Property Conference was held on 22 November 2004 at Shanghai International Conference Centre.Ms Wu Yi of the Chinese Communist Party Central Political Committee,Deputy Prime Minister of the state Council of People's Republic of China sent a letter of greetings.She pointed out the need to enhance the customs relations in Asia Pacific on Intellectual Property legal compliance, to stamp out counterfeit and infringement behaviour.Mr Mou Xin Sheng,Head of Customs Department of the People's Republic of China; Mr Han Zheng,Mayor of Shanghai City; Mr Yu Chu Deputy Secretary of the World Customs Organization gave their speeches respectively.
